1. Parties and Service Description

This platform provides online investment education services, including course text, chapter quizzes, AI learning reviews, and optional Python labs. We are not a licensed financial institution and do not provide securities trading, investment advisory, asset management, trust, insurance brokerage, or any other business requiring a financial license.

Stages 1–6 are available free of charge to registered users; Stages 7–13 require a one-time payment to unlock. Registering for or using the platform means that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms.

2. Accounts and Registration

• You must be at least 18 years old and have full civil capacity to register or use paid services.
• You must provide true, accurate, and complete personal information when registering and keep your account password secure.
• You are responsible for all activities under your account. Any loss caused by leakage or poor custody of account information is your responsibility.
• We reserve the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate accounts for security, compliance, or operational reasons.

3. Educational Nature and Investment Risk Disclaimer

All content on this platform is for educational purposes only, including but not limited to course cases, formula demonstrations, strategy discussions, Python labs, quizzes, AI review reports, and learning suggestions. Such content:

• Does not constitute investment advice, securities recommendations, buy/sell timing, target prices, position suggestions, or asset-management services;
• Does not represent any prediction, guarantee, or commitment by us or our affiliates regarding any financial product, market trend, or investment outcome;
• Historical data, back-tests, and simulated calculations in the course are <strong>teaching demonstrations</strong>; past performance does not indicate future results;
• We will not recommend specific stocks, funds, bonds, cryptocurrencies, or other tradable assets to you by phone, email, in-site message, or any other channel.

All investments carry risk and may result in loss of principal. Before making any investment decision, you should exercise independent judgment based on your own circumstances and consult a licensed financial advisor, tax advisor, or legal professional.

4. AI Learning Review Service

This platform uses artificial intelligence (including but not limited to DeepSeek) to automatically or assistively score your answers and homework and generate learning feedback reports. You understand and agree that:

• AI output may contain errors, omissions, or incompleteness and is for learning reference only; it does not constitute professional advice.
• AI evaluates only your understanding of course concepts and must not and will not provide specific buy/sell recommendations.
• Your homework and quiz content may be sent to third-party AI service providers for processing. See the Privacy Policy for details.
• AI scoring results are not a basis for any investment, employment, or academic certification.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on this platform (including but not limited to course text, code examples, quizzes, icons, interface designs, and AI prompt templates) is protected by copyright and other intellectual-property laws and is owned by the platform operator or the rights holder. Without written permission, you may not copy, republish, sell, publicly distribute, or use it for commercial purposes.

You retain ownership of the homework and quiz content you submit. You grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide license to score, store progress, and improve course services (see the Privacy Policy for details).

6. Payment, Refunds, and Digital Content

Paid content is processed by third-party payment channels such as Paddle. After successful payment, you will receive access to the corresponding paid-stage digital content.

Refund policy: see the standalone Refund Policy page. Paid users may request a full refund within 14 calendar days of purchase. Refunds are processed by Paddle and returned to the original payment method; timing depends on the payment channel.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• This platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We make no express or implied warranties regarding the accuracy, completeness, timeliness, or fitness of the service.
• We are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss (including but not limited to investment-return losses, data loss, or business interruption) arising from use or inability to use the platform, reliance on course content or AI output, or any investment decision you make independently.
• If we are legally required to pay compensation, the total compensation shall not exceed the amount you actually paid to this platform in the past 12 months (zero for free users).

8. User Conduct

You must not:

• Use course content for illegal stock recommendations, managed accounts on behalf of others, pyramid schemes, or other unlawful activities.
• Impersonate another person to register, or use automated means to scrape or crawl platform content in bulk.
• Attempt to interfere with platform security, abuse AI scoring interfaces, or exploit the payment system.
• Access or purchase the service from countries or regions subject to international sanctions or trade embargoes (if applicable).

9. Service Changes and Termination

We reserve the right to update, modify, suspend, or terminate part or all of the service at any time. Material changes will be notified through website announcements or registered email. Continued use of the service after the Terms are updated constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

10. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Hong Kong (without prejudice to any mandatory legal rights you may have as a consumer). Any dispute arising from these Terms shall first be resolved through friendly negotiation; if negotiation fails, it shall be submitted to the competent court or arbitration institution in Hong Kong, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
